Do you handle drainage problems only, without the landscaping?
Yes. Plenty of our site work is purely corrective — regrading, swales, drains, downspout tie-ins, and window well work to get water away from a foundation. If that's the whole scope, that's the whole scope.
How tall can a retaining wall be before it needs engineering?
It depends on height, surcharge, and soil, and Local jurisdictions each have their own threshold. We'll tell you when a wall needs a stamped design and pull the engineer in rather than eyeballing it and hoping.
Will xeriscape actually look good, or just look like rock?
Done properly it's planting design, not gravel. Structured beds, ornamental grasses, perennials, boulders, and hardscape edges — with drip irrigation so the plants establish. The water savings come from turf reduction, not from giving up on plants.
Can this be phased over multiple years?
Yes, and for HOAs and commercial owners it usually should be. We sequence the drainage and wall work first — the things that cause damage — and schedule the finish work as budget allows.
